Limited Fine Art Editions from Japan based and inspired visual artists.

Harugo no Mayu (meaning “The Silkworm’s Cocoon”) is an idea born out of a time when we're all stuck at home, trying hard to stay productive and creative.

Our members are Japan based or inspired artists, who have each produced an original work from which we have created a beautiful limited edition sets of prints. This will be the only time these images will be produced as prints, so we wanted to make the print as special as possible.

Each image is printed on a Japanese paper made from mulberry, which is one of the silkworm's favourite foods. You can see beautiful organic silken threads weaving through the paper, which makes every single print completely unique.

Every print is numbered and subtly embossed with the artist's signature, and shipped worldwide from Japan to your door at no extra cost.

Our goal is to provide handcrafted limited edition prints to artists and their fans at a reasonable price, while also ensuring that artists are paid fairly for their work.

Each work has an edition size of 30 + 3AP. In some cases, where the work was produced traditionally rather than digitally, the artist may also sell the original at their discretion.
