due to the ongoing pandemic and the war IN ukraine, japan post’S SHIPPING SCHEDULE IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING.

Unfortunately, Japan is not currently shipping to FIJI, THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VENEZUELA, PARAGUAY or RUSSIA.

As a rough guide, prints to most countries currently arrive within 2 weeks of placing the order.

If we think your print might experience significant delays in delivery, we will contact you before shipping to confirm this with you and give you the chance to cancel your order.

All prints are shipped insured, so if your piece is damaged, please email is with photos of the damage and we will be able to get you a replacement.
