Current global shipping status

due to GLOBAL CONDITIONS, japan post’S SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND TARIFFS ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING.

Generally speaking, prints ship within 3 business days of placing your order, and arrive within 3-21 days.

We are sorry we can’t provide a more precise shipping window, though upon shipping we will send you a tracking number so you can watch the package’s progress.

While refunds are not available, if your piece arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and we will be able to get you a replacement.

Unfortunately, Japan is not currently shipping to FIJI, THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VENEZUELA, PARAGUAY or RUSSIA.

TARIFFS

USA: Currently, all tariffs are prepaid by us, and you will not pay any extra upon receiving your print.

EU: After new tariff laws in July 2026, you may be subject to a 3 Euro tariff when receiving your order. For larger orders with multiple prints, the fee may be higher.
