Current global shipping status

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping from Japan is currently quite disrupted.

We usually ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving the order, but we unfortunately can’t currently guarantee a swift arrival to all destinations.

Please check the information below to see if your country is one of the particularly affected destinations.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Currently shipping as normal.

Australia

All airmail is currently suspended. We have arranged a private courier for the current collection, and all Australian orders placed before December 19th are expected to arrive in the first week or two of January 2022. We apologise for the delay. Prints ordered after December 19th will have to be shipped via seamail, which takes about 3 months.

Canada

Orders for prints are shipping as normal, but unfortunately we cannot currently ship any framed orders. If you’d to place an order for a framed print, we can hold the order until shipping opens up again, but I’m afraid we currently have no idea when this will be.

Italy, Greece, Brazil, India, Russia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, British Virgin Islands, Fiji and Brazil

Unfortunately we can currently only ship via seamail, which is very slow to arrive, usually around 3 months. If you’d like to place an order and have us hold it in case airmail to your country resumes, please contact us and let us know, but, unfortunately we have no idea when this will be.

MONGOLIA, PARAGUAY or VENEZUELA

Unfortunately, Japan is not currently shipping to these destinations.

All other countries

Should be shipping as normal. We will contact you about your order if this suddenly changes.
